1. Order Processing

 Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding
public holidays) from the time of receipt and payment confirmation.

Weekend/Holiday
Orders:
 Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or
public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email
confirmation once your order is successfully placed. A subsequent email
will be sent once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment,
including tracking information.

2.Shipping Charges

Calculation: Shipping
charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the
dimensions of the package, and your delivery location.

Checkout
Display:
 The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly
on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

Free
Shipping:
 We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

3.Shipping Partners (Carriers)

We partner with a
network of reliable and reputable courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue
Dart, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you
safely and on time.

The choice of
carrier is made based on your location, product type, and the best
available service for your pincode.

4.Delivery Timelines

Standard
Delivery:
 Once your order is processed and
dispatched, our standard delivery timeline is 3-7 business days for most locations within India.

Estimated
Timeline:

Metro
Cities: 3-5 business days

Tier
II & III Cities: 4-7 business days

Remote
Locations (including North East, J&K, etc.): 7-10 business days

 These are estimated delivery times. Actual
delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as your specific
location, public holidays, weather conditions, political disruptions, or
unforeseen carrier delays.

5.Tracking Your Order

Tracking
Information:
 As soon as your order is dispatched, we
will send you an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a
link to the courier's website.

How to Track: You can use this tracking number to monitor
the real-time progress of your shipment on the respective courier
partner's website or sometimes directly through a tracking link on our
HappyKart website (if available).

6.Receiving Your Order

Availability: Please
ensure that a recipient is available at the provided delivery address to
receive the package. Most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times.

Delivery
Attempts:
 If you miss a delivery, our courier partner
will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day. You may also
receive a call or SMS from the delivery executive or instructions for
rescheduling or pickup from a local hub.

Address
Accuracy:
 Please ensure your delivery address and
contact number are accurate and complete to avoid delays. HappyKart is not
responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address
information provided by the customer.

Verification: Some
carriers may require a signature or an OTP (One Time Password) sent to
your registered mobile number upon delivery for verification.

7.Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take utmost care in packaging
your products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged in transit
or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer
Service team within 48 hours of
receiving the order.

Please
provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and
photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item (including
packaging).

We
will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to arrange a
replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive by the
estimated delivery date and tracking information shows no recent updates,
please contact us. We will liaise with the courier partner to locate your
package. If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement
or a full refund.

8.Shipping Area

Domestic
Shipping:
 HappyKart currently ships to most pin codes
across India.

International
Shipping:
 At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand our services to international customers in the future!
We will update our policy accordingly when this service becomes available.

9.Partial Shipments

To serve you better
and faster, we may sometimes ship items from a single order in multiple
packages, especially if they are sourced from different locations or if an
item is on backorder. You will be notified if this is the case, and you
will receive separate tracking numbers for each part of your shipment at
no extra shipping cost.
