Return & Replacement Policy
At Happykart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain strict quality control standards, but understand there may be occasions when a return is necessary. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and replacements.
Return Policy
• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
• All issues must be documented properly as outlined below
Delivery Inspection Requirements
At Time of Delivery
1. Carefully inspect the parcel before accepting delivery
2. DO NOT accept the package if you notice:
○ Torn packaging
○ Broken seals
○ Signs of opening
○ Evidence of tampering
○ Missing contents
3. Document any damage with photos/videos
4. Refuse delivery and immediately report to our customer service
Package Opening Requirements
• Record a complete 360-degree unboxing video
• Video must be continuous and unedited
• Clearly show the condition of:
○ Outer packaging
○ Product packaging
○ The product itself
• Keep original video file (edited versions not accepted)
Reporting Issues
Documentation Required
• Original unedited unboxing video
• Clear photos of any damage
• Order number
• Detailed description of the issue
Refund Information
Our general policy DO NOT offer refunds for products purchased.
However, we understand that exceptional cases can occur, and your satisfaction is our success. Therefore, while we encourage careful purchasing decisions, we have processes in place for specific situations.
1) Consideration for Refund/Replacement: A refund or replacement may be considered only if the
product you received was:
Damaged due to our fault during manufacturing or packaging (prior to shipping).
The incorrect item sent by us(e.g., a different product, wrong size, wrong color, etc., than what you ordered)
Important Conditions for an Exception
No refunds will be issued if the product is damaged by you (the customer) after receipt.
To be considered for an exception, you must contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence(Please
our return policy).
The item must have to meet all other criteria outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy
2)Processing Time: Refunds are typically Processed within 5-7 business days
after we receive and inspect the returned.

Replacement Terms
Eligible for Replacement
• Products damaged during transit
• Items received with manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
Replacement Process
1. Submit required documentation
2. Receive return authorization
3. Return unused product in original packaging
4. Await verification of returned item
5. Replacement shipment processed
Shipping Costs
• Replacement shipping: Covered by Happykart (only for eligible replacements as per the Replacement Policy)
• If the replacement is not eligible, the customer must bear the shipping cost
• Additional purchases during replacement may incur extra shipping charges
Important Notes
• Claims without proper documentation will not be processed
• Used products are not eligible for replacement
• Tampered or edited videos will be rejected
• Replacement is subject to stock availability
• Original purchase price protection applies
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for returns or replacements:
• Products accepted without inspection
• Items without original packaging
• Products showing signs of use
• Packages accepted despite visible damage
