Do you offer free shipping?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if the package looks damaged upon arrival?

We're so sorry if this happens! Your happiness is our priority. Here's what to do: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery: Please do not accept the package from the delivery partner, or you can inform the delivery executive to return it directly. It's also helpful to inform our Customer Service team immediately if you refuse a delivery due to external damage. If the outer packaging was fine, but upon opening, you find the product inside is damaged or incorrect: Please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging. We will work quickly to arrange a return for a replacement or a refund.

Absolutely! At HappyKart, we guarantee that all our products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors or directly from brands. We have rigorous quality control to ensure you receive only authentic items.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, HappyKart only ships within India. We hope to expand our delivery to international destinations in the future and will update our policy when we do.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can sometimes change! Yes, you can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. While we encourage confirming your choices before purchasing to help us process orders efficiently and get your items to you quickly (because your happiness is our happiness!), we do offer this 24-hour cancellation window for your convenience. Please note that after this period, your order may already be processed for shipping, making cancellation more difficult.

What is your return/exchange policy?
